OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a fair and transparent working relationship between ByFelicityRosee and every client. Please review them carefully before booking any service or session.
Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit confirms your session or project date and will be deducted from the final invoice. Without a deposit, bookings cannot be confirmed.
Payments & Invoicing
All payments are due by the agreed date stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer or other approved methods listed on your invoice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 7 days before a booked date may result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling must be requested in writing and will be accommodated where possible.
Revisions & Additional Work
Each service includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your proposal or quote. Any additional revisions or changes requested beyond this will incur an additional hourly fee.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All creative work remains the property of ByFelicityRosee until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients are granted usage rights for their intended business or personal use. Redistribution, resale, or modification of work without written consent is not permitted.
Photography Usage
By working with ByFelicityRosee, you consent to your images being used for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise requested in writing prior to project completion.
Confidentiality
All client information, business details, and creative materials shared during the process remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Liability
ByFelicityRosee is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from factors outside of control (e.g., client delays, weather conditions for shoots, or third-party software issues).
